On behalf of Chain of Lakes new church, the Presbytery of the Twin Cities Area is negotiating to purchase a 8.8 acre piece of property on the northern edge of the Lakes Development in Blaine.  The Presbytery voted unanimously in November 2011 to purchase the property from Meridian Land Holdings. 

The Presbytery has authorized a group to oversee the purchase process.  This group is working with the City of Blaine and Anoka County to satisfy the conditions of the Purchase Agreement.
